Pictured is a custom designed “through bag connector” - A commonly used vacuum fitting in the bagging of carbon fiber laminates.

The design was modified for lean-manufacturing practices, removing any unnecessary features that would drive up the cost of machining operations. Pictured is the 3D printed prototype (fully functional).

If I am not able to produce a component in-house, I have a network of local providers who can turn any product around quickly and for a good price.
