All products are manufactured in small batches and may have minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing. Product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our ability.

2. Intended Use

Products are intended only for their described purpose. The buyer is responsible for determining suitability for their specific application.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid in full before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Products are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

5. Installation and Use

Improper installation or misuse voids any warranty. The customer assumes responsibility for safe and appropriate use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
