3D Modelling & Product Development

I am able to design any project from the ground up via SolidWorks and provide a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for cost estimation.
I can provide detailed drawings for any fabrication shop with tolerance callouts for machining operations.
Finite Element Analysis
I offer high fidelity and multi-physics problem solving via Ansys.
I use methods in lean-MBSE to predict potential failure modes in your part or project, streamlining the design iteration process.
My capabilities include static, thermal, and fluid FEA simulations as well as topology optimization.
Reverse Engineering & 3D Scanning
Metrology grade 3D scanning available by appointment.
I provide high-fidelity point cloud and mesh files, with the ability to convert mesh data into solid CAD geometry.
Scanning capabilities include fine detail scanning on small to medium sized objects (desktop size) as well as large object scanning to include entire auto panel sections (coming soon).
Additive Manufacturing
Large format FDM 3D printing - 300×300×300mm of build volume. Capable of high performance and high temperature engineering polymers such as fiber reinforced PET, PPA and PPS.
4K resolution SLA printing to accommodate a wide selection of materials and intricate geometries (coming soon)
