The Axial Cyclone is a drop in replacement for your traditional dust collector cyclone. While effective, vertical cyclones take up valuable shop space and restrict the airflow of your dust collector due to the abrupt change in airflow direction within your ducting system.
Axial flow changes the game by optimizing for smooth inline flow — Both increasing the filtration efficiency at the cyclone as well as cleaning up the airflow and resulting in more “vacuum” at the port.
Leveraging the strengths of additive manufacturing, this unique design combines the best features of centrifugal separation with cyclone technology by utilizing guide vanes as well as internal walls to force particulate into the dump and streamline clean air out the other side.
